Our Impact in Panama

Challenges Abroad supports 500 students, their families, and the wider community in Panama through projects in STEM, English, Climate Action, WASH, Women’s Health, and Wellbeing. We also offer free education to students who can’t afford it. By visiting Panama, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to long-term programs and witness the impactful work of the FutureSense Foundation firsthand.

Where You'll be Based

Our Challenges Abroad projects will take you to El Valle de Anton, a charming town located just two hours from Panama City. Nestled in the crater of an ancient volcano, this peaceful town of 7,000 residents offers stunning landscapes and fresh air.

Popular with weekend travelers and expats, El Valle boasts hiking trails, birdwatching opportunities, and beautiful waterfalls and natural pools—an ideal destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.
